[Serusers] ser.cfg help for mediaproxy

Inda,

You can get a complete step-by-step guide for NAT traversal using
mediaproxy or rtpproxy from http://www.onsip.org/

Just download the "Getting Started" document.

The only thing to note is that the document is based on ser-0.9.x, but
it should still help you.
