[Serusers] error when initializating module acc

Hello.
	I had the same problem.  You have to check the dictionary file in
the radiusclient directory.  It must have the ATTRIBUTE "Failed".

I have a problem with my SER configuration .when I start ser,the error
happens like this:

Does anyone know about this ? Need your help!
