[Serusers] Radius Accounting Acct-Delay-Time

Hello Martin.
	As far as i know this parameter changes if the Radius packet is
lost.  For example if the first radius packet sent by a NAS to the Radius
Server is lost,then the next packet sent has Acct-Delay-Time = 5 (for
example), and so on.

What are the criterias that influence the Acct-Delay-Time-Field Value in
Radius Accounting? Or is it set to 0 always?
