Each transaction will live a few more seconds after finishing (see the
rfc). By default it will live for 5 more seconds. If you want to change
that use the wt_timer tm param.

Yes, they will be deleted automatically after "wt_timer" seconds.
It doesn't have anything to do with call waiting.
