[Serusers] Logging to /var/log/ser

Hi Bastian,

you can use log facilities. Configure ser to use a certain log facility 
for logging:
	log_facility=LOG_LOCAL0
and configure your syslog to send all logs for this facility to a 
separate file:
	local0.*      -/var/log/ser.log
