[Serusers] Connection of Gateway services

I'm having trouble understanding the way i connect a
third-party gateway to my SIP Server.
Should the GW Register to my server or should my
server register to the GW?? or Both?
The third-party GW people provided me an account
number, a password, a gateway number and a 
server name. I'm not sure how to use this information,
if anyone can help me i'll be grateful.
