Audio should work (if it doesn't try to remove  fix_nated_sdp("1"); ).
Video will not work because right now nathelper supports only one port
in SDP. It will not touch the second case (m=video ... in your case).
That's why you get the ICMP unreachable, rtpproxy doesn't listen
 on the port in m=video.
