[Serusers] Ser + Asterisk

Here is a major one, match a sip message to an existing call. * only checks
the call-id which prevents any outgoing call back into *. For example, if
you have a pstn call coming in and ser forward it back to *, * thinks that
it is a loop and rejects it.
