[Serusers] sems IVR plugin bug???

Hi All.

Perhaps I just fixed this, but will my change cause other problems? The change I made was in
IvrDtmfDetector.h

I changed 

DTMF_INTERVAL = 20 

to

DTMF_INTERVAL = 10

And now dialing DTMF digits is ok. Will reducing DTMF_INTERVAL to 10 cause other issues?
