[Serusers] sems IVR plugin bug???

I forgot to mention one thing in my original post.

If you press the digits slowly then all works well (aka, if a small amount of time elapses between
DTMF digits).

If you dial in a normal fashion with minimal delay between DTFM digits, then repeating digits are
dropped.
