[Serusers] could not able to listen in private ips

hello friends ,

the problems iam facing,step by step

1) ser started of cvs in iptel.org 

the message came on terminal is

and in rtp proxy

and in ethereal report i have seen that udp packets
are running between the first useragent and second
user agent in between "ser" server

no ip tables are running

and i could not hear any voice in between

please guide me
