[Serusers] how to retrieve voicemail

Hi everyone,

I have a question. I have a working voicemail now using sems+voicemail. If I called an offline user it I could record a voice message and sems sends an email to his email account successfully.

If I am the user, How can I retrieve the voice message(wav) that was sent on my email? I have a serweb running but when I access the voicemail tab, there's no voicemail mail file display, what configuration should I need to so I could retrieve my voicemail.
