[Serusers] prepaid service

Uh, unfortunately other things had kicked it and I had to put this 
project aside. However, currently I have at least three commercial 
projects where this b2bua will be used, so that I hope to take the most 
our of this situation and to beef it up to the point when it can be 
released to the public. Stay tuned, I think that it will happen really 
soon now.
