[Serusers] SER : UNABLE TO ADD NEW USERS

Hi, please i need your help.  I am not able to add new user to DB.  I get
this message:

[root at cathy init.d]# export SIP_DOMAIN=mydonaim.bar
[root at cathy init.d]# serctl add ege password ege at mydomain.bar
MySql password:
ERROR 1045: Access denied for user: 'ser at localhost' (Using password: YES)
introducing a new user to the database failed
