[Serusers] New trouble with rtpproxy

Hello!

Klaus, I have put all NAT-traversal code, inside block loose_rote too, and again 
sems the script just 'freeze' and 'stop execution forever', on t_relay command, 
until the phone on client side (ATA) are hangup!
