[Serusers] Problem in MySql Setup::

Hi,
 
I have downloaded MySql server.
Have downloaded serMySql rpm.
When try to install the package following err comes::
 
[root at localhost /]# rpm -i ser-mysql-0.8.12-0.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        libmysqlclient.so.10 is needed by ser-mysql-0.8.12-0
 
Also when I try to execute the script ser-mysql.sh ":No such file or
directory" error comes.
 
What to do???
