[Serusers] SER authentification

Hello everybody,
 
I installed the SER again in my computer and I need to know about the authentification.. do I need to use mysql authentification or is it enough to use radius?
what are the configuration files that I need to run SER? 
 
I would be very grateful for your help, I am a very beginner in SIP...
