[Serusers] problem with serweb

Igor:

  You didn't say if you installed the correct versions of Apache and
php. I think php needs to be version 4.4. Did you? If so did you
edit the Apache config to add the appropriate directives for the
/user and /admin pages?

   In your php.ini file is short_open_tag = on and register_globals = on
