[Serusers] how to upgrade mysql to ver4.0+

As far as I know mysql can handle the upgrade automatically, so you just
need to upgrade the rpm packages of mysql.

If you have any important data in the database then I would also
recommend you to do backup using mysqldump, see man mysqldump.
