[Serusers] Suggested SER platform (OS)

Hi,

both FreeBSD and Debian are fully supported by ser. I have to admit the 
most used is linux (debian and redhat), but we haven't have any problem 
with FreeBSD. This distribution probably has as root the preferences of 
users in unix world ;-).
