[Serusers] Can I do this with SER?

Hi,

I have two questions about SER:

1) Is there any way of using ser in a calling card scenario (interrupting
the call when the user balance expires)?

2) Is there any way of forcing a user to listen a voice advertising before a
call is established?


Can anyone help me?
