[Serusers] nat module

I you want to use the newest releases of RTP proxy and nathelper module, 
you have to use cvs to get the files.


If you don't need the new rtpproxy features (bridge mode,...), you can 
also use the stable version of ser. But don't use the ftp version but 
the stable version from cvs (tag=rel_0_8_12).

This works with rtpproxy 1.1.1.1
