[Serusers] Configuration weirdness (after reboot, not working)

A quick guess, make sure that the RTP proxy is running. If it is running
then check the logs of ser (/var/log/messages or /var/log/daemon.log)
Also check that the RTP proxy receives and sends any media (using
tcpdump).
