Hi,

I was just wondering if you guys had looked at this new spec thats arriving for
inclusion into SER at any point in the future. I think it would be useful for au
tomation of phone system front ends and for inteligent voicemail.. perhaps a SEM
S app instead as its services automation.

Anyhow.. have a read.
