[Serusers] SMS Callback

you can't make this with ser! Why do you need ser? You need some 
application which performs the task of connecting the calls and a b2bua. 
You can use iptel's application agent (http://iptel.org/aa/) but this is 
not open source.

PS: Maybe you can solve the problem using sems as B2BUA.
