[Serusers] FW: [Sip-implementors] Whitespace after value in SIP header field

Since there is no such bug in RFC3261 bugzilla (and probably won't be),
it is now fixed in both stable and unstable versions, ser will generate
trailing spaces in Max-Forwards no more.
