[Serusers] Group Radius failures

When running a debug on SER 0.8.14, I see "radius_is_user_in():
Failure" yet I dont even see any activity hitting my RADIUS server.
Authentication and URI_Radius both work fine on the same RADIUS
server. Im stumped, anyone else have this problem?
