[Serusers] authorisation, voicemail

Hello,

I have 2 simple questions:

1. What is the difference between www_authorize and
proxy_authorize functions?

2. Why is common to use 2 databases when using
voicemail? I think that is more logical to use one
(standard ser database) because it has all
informations we need.
