[Serusers] dropping call after ~15 sec "I won't send a reply for ACK!!"

your call is dropped because the ACK do not reach the gateway. There are two 
possible reasons why the ACK is dropped by your Ser: error in the 
configuration of Ser or the UA sends very strange ACKs. To decide this we 
would need your configuration and message dumps (with ngrep for example on 
the host where you run Ser).
