[Serusers] compilation error of sources from cvs

The right place for asking questions related to development version
is serdev at lists.iptel.org. CVS, devel branch, is our working place, subject
to ongoing changes. I recommend most people not to think of it at all
and use better stable branch as described in www.iptel.org/ser/cvs/
