ok Sesha, I will make a couple of suggestions to you. 

- read the FAQ about use of voicemail I posted several times recently ago
  http://iptel.org/~faqomatic/fom-serve/cache/92.html
- read the administration guide at http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/seruser/seruser.html
- make yourself familiar with SIP at http://iptel.org/ser/sipintro.html
  and www.iptel.org/sip/

read it, digest it and I'm absolutely confident that you will be able
to resolve the above problem quickly. Understanding the techology takes
some time, but there is hardly any way to skip it.

I suppose the specific error you are referring to is related to how
your SER script is written.
