Please attach also your ser.cfg.
It seems you have x-lite configured with outbound proxy 192.168.0.254.
If you want to pass through nat using ser, you don't need stun. What
seems to happen x-lite tries to do nat traversal by its own, but sends
the messages to the private ip of your nat box. I don't know where do
you want to register, to your nat box, or to some outside domain.
If you want to use you nat box as registrar disable nat traversal from
xlite. If you want to use an outside domain you should do the nat
traversal either from xlite or from ser (e.g. mhomed + mangler), but
don't use both in the same time!
