[Serusers] ser/radius stop accounting and strange suffix in SIPURI

thx a ton,
i got the stop accounting record being generated however i have few more
questions if you can please clarify them
i m getting this in ser log
Warning: sl_send_reply: I won't send a reply for ACK!!
and in accounting i m getting this, i m using xten softphone and windows
messenger for call tests
why there is %40 and another suffx here?
