[Serusers] Pdt module

Hi Alessio,

I just tried a configuration similar to the one you described: form an 
outside domain, doing pdt translation, to call to iptel.org. It work.

Just to be sure about what is going wrong, please make some network dump 
with your rejected call to iptel and send it to us.
