[Serusers] Un- tar the serweb.tar

Hello Everybody, 
    When I "gzip" the "serweb.tar.gz", there is no prob, but when "tar -x" the "serweb.tar", it hangs there forever, and I never find the config.php file under the "\" as the readme file indicates.

So does any  one have any suggestions.
