Stephan,
line if (uri=="d254196.cs.stir.ac.uk") is wrong.
Operator == means exact match, but your Request-URI will contain more
than d254196.cs.stir.ac.uk.
You can use regular expression matching (operator ~=) or better use
uri==myself (in this case uncomment line containing alias=...).
