[Serusers] OPTIONS method

Hi Greg,

this is definatly wrong behavior of the UA because OPTIONS is not part of the 
call establishing with INVITE and should have a new CSeq.

For our own knowledge base: which UA has such a strange OPTIONS implemetation?
