[Serusers] postgres db support

Greg,
to help yo do the first step, I created a module skeleton for you.
Enclosed please find postgres.tar.gz, untar this file to
sip_router/modules, it will create a new directory - postgres and some
skeleton files.
Get yourself familiar with the code and look for /* WRITE ME */
comments, this is where you need write your code. You will also need to
modify Makefile and replate mysql with postgres libraries.
