[Serusers] Newbie with 401-itis disease

I guess this is because mydomain.com (the realm used in digest
authentication) is different from hostname of your server
(demoSIP.mydomain.com). Windows Messenger for some reason doesn't like
this. 

Try to change mydomain.com in www_authenticate and www_challenge to
demoSIP.mydomain.com.
