[Serusers] Problems with Grandstream budgetone and handytone

Hi Max!

I have one BT100 with versions:
Program--1.0.3.81    Bootloader--1.0.0.7    HTML--1.0.0.18

I tested it and it sends ACK after a 200 OK, even if it receveid a 183
prior to the 200 OK.
