[Serusers] q value of contacts

Hello,

i have two contacts for a callee.
contact 1: sip:yongchen at 10.0.4.81, q=1.00.
contact 2: sip:0179234534 at gateway.de , q=0.00.
Can I control the q value, in order to give priority
to a contact.
