[Serusers] questions of redirectcall??

Hello, 
I installed ser but I do not know where it is necessary to put the
code of file ( redirect.cfg ), what is that it is necessary to put it
in the ser.cfg file?? Thus I want to know what is the procedure in
realized so that I can see the messages of redirection of SER.
