Instead of t_relay_to_udp try:
 rewritehostport("192.168.0.10:5060");
 t_relay();

(I think your pstn gateway relays the message back to you, because of
the uri).

For a better pstn config. sample see examples/pstn.cfg in the ser source
dir.
