[SR-Docs] MOP for installing Kamailio 4.1.4

Hello,

if you want to install using apt-get, then add the appropriate 
repository to your sources.list - see:

- http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/packages/debs

If you want to install from git, see this tutorial:

- http://www.kamailio.org/wiki/install/4.1.x/git

It should work fine for ubuntu.
