[sr-dev] Build kamailio 5.3.1 db_mysql module with percona.

Hello,

you may have to do a new module if libperconaclient20 is not 100%
compatible (drop-in replacement) with libmysqlclient. I never used
libperconaclient, so I cannot comment more.
