[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Kamailio 5.3 app_ruby crashed with example config (#2180)

The fix was pushed in 5.3, so this specific crash is fixed. For full support of functions with string value return, someone with more knowledge on ruby has to jump in. A feature request or better a pull request should be created, if this is wanted.
