[sr-dev] [kamailio/kamailio] Kamailio 5.3 app_ruby crashed with example config (#2180)

I pushed back to master app_ruby module the code for KSR::PV functions as in 5.2, which seems to work without crash. This can be an intermediary solution until finding the reason of crashing with the core KSR::PV functions.
