[sr-dev] Unable to make SIP Calls (403 Forbidden - Domain Not Served)

Hi,
Even after commenting those lines , i am getting the error as
 *483 - Too Many Hops*
I am not getting any errors in my logs. But wireshark trace gives the above
error. Kindly help me.
