kamailio-sipcapture-daemon-config can't be installed because it depends on the kamailio-sipcapture package, which can't be found...

Use the http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/kamailio:/v5.2.x-rpms/CentOS_7/ repo and try to install the kamailio-sipcapture-daemon-config. The dependency can't be resolved and so the package does not install. 
It is not clear if the dependency is missing or if it is not valid.
