[sr-dev] Releasing Kamailio v5.2.0

Hello,

short note to remind that the next major release, respectively Kamailio
v5.2.0, is planned to be done tomorrow. If you are aware of anything
missing in branch 5.2, reply to mailing lists as soon as possible to get
that fixed.
